- 12 oz jumbo pasta shells
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, spinach, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture.
- Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish, then arrange stuffed shells on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the shells.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Thaw and squeeze excess water from spinach to prevent a soggy filling.
- Use fresh herbs like basil for extra flavor.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
