- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove steak and set aside.
- Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.
- Return steak to the skillet. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cook for 2 more minutes. Drizzle lime juice over the mixture.
- Serve hot with warm tortillas.
