A refreshing and crunchy strawberry salad perfect for summer meals.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice strawberries.
- Chop cucumber and red onion.
- In a large bowl, mix greens, strawberries, cucumber, and red onion.
- Top with feta cheese and almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and toss lightly.
- Serve immediately.
