Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice strawberries.
  2. Chop cucumber and red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, mix greens, strawberries, cucumber, and red onion.
  4. Top with feta cheese and almonds.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss lightly.
  7. Serve immediately.
