- 1 package (16.5 oz) sugar cookie dough
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press sugar cookie dough into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over cookie dough.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
