Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed summer fruits (peaches, nectarines, plums), sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Arrange sliced fruits, mozzarella, and tomatoes on a serving platter.
  2. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the layers.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
