Ingredients

- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, basil, Parmesan, pine nuts, and garlic to a food processor.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil.
- Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
