Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the mashed sweet potatoes, almond butter, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
