Ingredients

- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, 1/4 cup melted butter, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Spread mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Combine pecans, brown sugar, flour, and 1/4 cup melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Sprinkle pecan mixture over sweet potatoes.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until topping is golden.
Notes
- Use fresh sweet potatoes for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
