Ingredients

- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and thinly slice sweet potatoes into even rounds.
- Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
