Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
