- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugars, eggs, evaporated milk, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Remove from oven and top evenly with marshmallows.
- Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned.
- Cool completely before serving.
