Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning according to packet instructions.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spread seasoned beef evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese and lettuce on top.
- Roll tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and cook each rolled tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Remove toothpicks, slice into rings, and serve with sour cream and diced tomatoes.
