Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to packet instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and salsa until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cooked ground beef.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Top with jalapeños and green onions before serving.
