- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to packet instructions.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and salsa until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked ground beef.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Top with jalapeños and green onions before serving.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.

- Adjust jalapeños to control spiciness.
