- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and slice into strips.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and carrots, cook for 3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan.
- Add teriyaki sauce, honey, and soy sauce.
- Cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.

- Use fresh vegetables for best results.
- Adjust sauce thickness by adding water if needed.
