- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender.
- Stir in flour, salt, and pepper to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Mix in cooked macaroni and truffle oil.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
