- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and potatoes. Cook until softened.
- Stir in flour until combined. Gradually add broth and milk, stirring until thickened.
- Add turkey and peas. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour filling into a pie dish.
- Cover with puff pastry, trimming edges. Cut slits on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
