Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix peanut butter, sugars, almond milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Flatten each ball with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

  • Use natural peanut butter for best results.
