Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix peanut butter, sugars, almond milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for best results.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra crunch, add 1/4 cup chopped peanuts.
