A fresh and healthy veggie platter with a creamy green goddess dip. Perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, celery)
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, basil, chives, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Wash and cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange vegetables on a platter.
- Serve with the green goddess dip.

- Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
