Description

A fresh and healthy veggie platter with a creamy green goddess dip. Perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, celery)

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, basil, chives, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Wash and cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Arrange vegetables on a platter.
  6. Serve with the green goddess dip.
