Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
- Whisk well until fully combined.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and add honey or maple syrup.
- Stir well and serve warm.
