Description
A refreshing and alcohol-free version of the classic margarita, made with fresh watermelon, lime, and a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices and watermelon wedges for garnish
- Coarse salt or sugar for rimming the glass (optional)
Instructions
- Blend watermelon cubes until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp if desired.
- In a pitcher, combine watermelon juice, lime juice, and honey. Stir well.
- Fill glasses with ice and rim edges with salt or sugar if using.
- Pour the watermelon mixture into the glasses, leaving room at the top.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with lime slices and watermelon wedges. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use seedless watermelon for easier preparation.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of chili powder to the rim.
- Chill ingredients beforehand for a colder drink.
