- 300ml heavy cream
- 2 egg whites

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream.
- Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Divide into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
