Ingredients

- 1White chocolate – 200g
- Pumpkin puree – 1/2 cup
- Heavy cream – 1/4 cup
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
- Ground nutmeg – 1/4 tsp
- Powdered sugar – for dusting
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
- Heat pumpkin puree, heavy cream, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan until warm.
- Combine melted chocolate with the pumpkin mixture and mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle in powdered sugar.
- Chill for another 3030 minutes before serving.

- Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
- If the mixture is too soft, chill longer before rolling.
