- Red gel food coloring

- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Divide dough into 12 pieces and roll into balls.
- Flatten slightly and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and red food coloring to make icing.
- Pipe brain-like lines onto each cookie.
- Let icing set before serving.
