Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs. Add oil, milk, and grated zucchini.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in cheese.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
