Description

A delicious and savory bread made with zucchini and cheese, perfect for snacks or side dishes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs. Add oil, milk, and grated zucchini.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in cheese.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing.

  • Squeeze excess moisture from zucchini before grating.
