Description

Delicious cookies made with zucchini and chocolate chips. A tasty way to enjoy vegetables in a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugars together until smooth.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  5. Stir in grated zucchini.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Let cool before serving.
