Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water, melted butter, and milk. Stir until combined.
  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Divide into 8 equal balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden.

  • Use warm water (not hot) for best results.
  • Let the dough rest covered to rise properly.
  • Brush with butter after baking for extra flavor.
