Ingredients

- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water, melted butter, and milk. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide into 8 equal balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden.

- Use warm water (not hot) for best results.
- Let the dough rest covered to rise properly.
- Brush with butter after baking for extra flavor.
