Description
Crispy apple slices coated in cinnamon sugar, cooked in an air fryer. A quick and healthy dessert or snack.

- 2 medium apples (such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or butter
Instructions
- Wash and core the apples. Cut them into thin fry-shaped slices, about ¼ inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Toss apple slices in the melted oil, then coat them with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy alone or with a dip of yogurt or caramel.
Notes
- For extra crunch, spray the apple slices with a little oil before air frying.
- Adjust sweetness to your taste by increasing or decreasing sugar.
