- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced apples
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix oats, almond flour, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Press the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra crunch, add chopped nuts.
- Substitute honey for maple syrup if preferred.
