This baked brie is topped with spiced apple crisp and served warm. It’s a quick appetizer for any gathering.

- 1 round brie cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie in a small oven-safe dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the diced apple, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Stir in the oats and flour until combined.
- Spoon the apple mixture over the top of the brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the brie is soft and the topping is golden.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers or apple slices.
Notes
- You can use any apple variety you like.
- For a sweeter topping, add an extra tablespoon of brown sugar.
