- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups peeled and chopped apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
- In a bowl, mix apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spoon over cheesecake batter.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, and cold butter. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake for 50 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use tart apples like Granny Smith for best flavor.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
