Description

A creamy cheesecake topped with spiced apple filling and a buttery crumble topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
  4. In a bowl, mix apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spoon over cheesecake batter.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, and cold butter. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
