Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/4 cup fruit preserves (such as fig or raspberry)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
  4. Spoon the fruit preserves on top of the brie.
  5. Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges.
  6. Brush the pastry with the egg and water mixture.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
