Description

A warm, cheesy dip with beans, corn, and spices. Perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and hot.
  5. Top with green onions before serving.

  • You can add diced jalapeños for extra heat.
