- 1 lb beef brisket
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the brisket on both sides.
- Cook the brisket in a slow cooker with BBQ sauce for 6 hours on low.
- Shred the cooked brisket and mix with more BBQ sauce.
- Toast the brioche buns lightly.
- Assemble the sandwich with shredded brisket.
