- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then grill until fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken and mix with BBQ sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, add cheese, BBQ chicken, and onions.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
