- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

- You can add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or chocolate chips to the batter if desired.
- For a sweeter top, sprinkle a little granulated sugar on the batter before baking.
