- 1 ripe banana

Instructions
- Add blueberries, banana, milk, and yogurt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if desired.
- Blend again for a few seconds.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
