Ingredients

- 4 large ripe tomatoes
- 250g fresh mozzarella
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Slice tomatoes and mozzarella into 1/4-inch thick rounds
- Arrange alternating slices on a platter
- Tuck basil leaves between slices
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Season with salt and pepper
