- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- Toss mushroom caps with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange mushrooms on a baking sheet, cavity side up.
- Bake for 10 minutes to soften.
- Mix tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and garlic in a bowl.
- Fill mushroom caps with the mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
