A creamy cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with spiced apples and rich caramel sauce.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until soft.
- Spread apple mixture over cheesecake. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Slice and serve.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
- Cool cheesecake gradually to prevent cracking.
- You can make the caramel sauce from scratch or use store-bought.
