- 1/4 cup caramel sauce

- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix diced apples, caramel sauce, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Roll out pie crust and cut into 3-inch circles.
- Spoon apple mixture onto each circle.
- Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with extra caramel before serving.
