Description

Delicious chocolate truffles shaped like spiders, perfect for Halloween.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 50g black sprinkles
  • 16 small candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Heat the heavy cream until warm, then pour over the chocolate.
  3. Stir until smooth and add butter.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Roll into small balls, coat with cocoa powder.
  6. Press candy eyes and sprinkles to form spider legs.
  7. Chill again before serving.
