- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown chicken thighs on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Pour apple cider into the skillet and stir in Dijon mustard.
- Add rosemary sprig. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and glaze thickens.
- Remove rosemary and serve chicken with pan sauce.
Notes
- For best results, use bone-in, skin-on thighs.
- You can substitute rosemary with thyme if preferred.
