Description

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Drain hot water. Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water. Let cool for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs. Slice them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the yolks into a separate bowl. Set the whites aside.
- Mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.
Notes
- Use older eggs for easier peeling.
- You can adjust mustard and vinegar to suit your taste.
- For a creamier filling, add more mayonnaise.
