Ingredients

- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork to your desired consistency.
- Stir in lime juice, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
- Fold in onion, jalapeno, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe avocados for the best texture.
- Adjust jalapeno for more or less heat.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping.
