Instructions
- Place shredded Brussels sprouts, apple slices, and dried cranberries in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
- If using, sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.
- Serve immediately or let sit for 10 minutes to soften the sprouts.
Notes
- You can substitute dried cranberries with dried cherries or raisins.
- Add toasted pecans or walnuts instead of sunflower seeds.
- For a creamier dressing, stir in 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
