Description

These Cranberry BBQ Turkey Meatballs are a sweet and tangy appetizer. They are perfect for parties or a quick dinner. You can make them in a slow cooker or oven.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (14 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a slow cooker. Stir in meatballs.
  4. Cook on low for 2 hours. Serve warm.
