Description

These cranberry brie bites are a quick and easy appetizer. You get a flaky crust with creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce. Perfect for parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 small pieces
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 12 triangles along the perforations.
  3. Press each triangle into a mini muffin tin cup, forming a small cup shape.
  4. Place a piece of brie into each dough cup.
  5. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the brie.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the dough is golden and the brie is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and top each bite with a pinch of fresh rosemary.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use a good quality cranberry sauce for best flavor.
  • You can substitute walnuts for pecans.
  • Let the bites cool slightly so the cheese sets a bit.
