Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread cranberries evenly in the pie crust.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, cream, milk, flour, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the custard mixture over the cranberries.
  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until the custard is set and the top is golden.
  6. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
