- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread cranberries evenly in the pie crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, cream, milk, flour, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture over the cranberries.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until the custard is set and the top is golden.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- You can use frozen cranberries without thawing.
- Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
