Description
A tangy and slightly spicy cranberry salsa made with fresh cranberries, jalapeno, and cilantro. Perfect for holiday gatherings or as a fresh topping.
Ingredients

- 12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Rinse cranberries and pick out any stems or soft berries.
- Place cranberries in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
- Transfer to a bowl. Add red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
- Taste and adjust sugar or lime. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can make this salsa up to 2 days in advance.
- For a milder salsa, remove all seeds from the jalapeno.
- Serve with tortilla chips, over cream cheese, or alongside grilled meats.
