Description
Combine cream cheese, cheddar, dried cranberries, and walnuts. Shape into a log and chill. Serve with crackers.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for coating)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, cranberries, walnuts, garlic powder, and salt until combined.
- Transfer mixture onto plastic wrap. Shape into a log about 6 inches long.
- Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Spread parsley on a plate. Roll the chilled log in parsley to coat evenly.
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
- You can use pecans instead of walnuts.
- For a sweeter log, add 1 tablespoon honey.
- Log keeps in fridge for up to 1 week.
